Submit a Community Event for the BFMS Calendar
The Friendly Coffeehouse Open Mic is a BFMS-sponsored event, held on the Third Friday of each month at 7 pm. It provides a welcoming and encouraging space for acoustic musicians, poets, storytellers, and other folkies, with open mic slots typically lasting either three songs or ten minutes, depending on the size of the audience. Thus, it serves as an ideal platform for anyone wanting to showcase their talent and hone their craft.
Friendly Coffeehouse will be collaborating with the First Unitarian Church, One West Hamilton Street 21201, for a new monthly, all-acoustic open mike, 3rd Fridays from 7-9 pm. Piano on site; parking garage available on Franklin St. at Charles.
