BFMS is a proud member of the Country Dance & Song Society, and also has reciprocity arrangements in place with the Folklore Society of Greater Washington and the Annapolis Traditional Dance Society. As a result, you can enjoy a variety of traditional musical experiences in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
BFMS is extending all memberships while BFMS events have been cancelled due to COVID.
BFMS is encouraging its members to donate to musicians and callers who had their BFMS sponsored gigs cancelled due to coronavirus. While we are no longer accepting donations through our website, CDSS has established a website for donations to musicians and callers. We encourage our members to take advantage of this website and help support our friends in the music and caller communities.
