Submit a Community Event for the BFMS Calendar
BFMS is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization; donations are generously welcomed to help support the organization’s events, which may not always break even, as well as to cover administrative costs such as website maintenance and calendar updates. Your donations are greatly appreciated and make a positive impact and are 100% tax deductible

Our operations are very efficient. Donations, grants, and membership dues pay only about 40% of the cost of running the Society; the rest is made up in volunteer power and in-kind services. So, each dollar donated provides about $2.50 worth of services to support Baltimore area traditional music and dance.
